Leo Gym has a thriving community, where members come together to support each other both inside and outside the gym. From cheering each other on during workouts to participating in our exciting social events, like paddle boarding, crazy golf, the legendary Leo Christmas party, Higginson Park Runs, dog walks, hikes, and more, our community spirit shines through.

We regularly have teams competing in Hyrox competitions, the Battle Cancer Challenge and Crossfit Games. From first timers who never to thought they would compete, to those at the top qualifying for world championships. Leo Gym is built on building an inclusive community across all abilities!
