We’re thrilled to add a Mum & Baby Exercise Class to our timetable! Join us every Tuesday at 11am and stay after for a coffee. We know how important it is for new mums to stay active, and we want to make it easier by welcoming you and your baby into a supportive, community-focused workout.​

​Motherhood is a beautiful journey, but it also brings big changes; physically, emotionally, and socially. That’s why we’ve created a Mum & Baby (pre-walkers*) Exercise Class at Leo Gym Marlow.

Pregnancy and birth can weaken your core and pelvic floor. Our targeted exercises help restore strength and stability.
FULL BODY FITNESS
Gently rebuild stamina and strength with safe, effective workouts designed for new mums.

COMMUNITY & CONNECTION
After class, stay and unwind at The Protein Bar, our on-site health café, where you can chat with other mums over a coffee, smoothie, and snack. It’s the perfect way to connect, share experiences, and build friendships in a relaxed, welcoming space.
