At Leo, we know that stepping into a gym can be intimidating, especially when trying something new like lifting weights. That’s why our Wonder Women classes are designed specifically for women, creating a safe, supportive space to experiment with strength training—without fear of judgment. With spaces limited to just eight people, our expert coaches, KT and Nat, provide personalised attention, guiding you through every movement with care and precision.   • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:30-11:30 AM
