WELCOME JOE, THE NEWEST ADDITION TO OUR COACHING TEAM

We are thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our coaching team, Joe! A dedicated coach with a deep-rooted passion for sports and fitness, Joe joins us with a rich background as a semi-professional rugby player and a mentor to rising talents.



Growing up, Joe was always the kid with a ball at his feet or a rugby ball in his hands. From playing in the local park to competing at a semi-professional level, his journey in rugby shaped his understanding of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Recognising his knack for guiding and mentoring, Joe transitioned into coaching, eager to pass on his knowledge and passion to the next generation of athletes.


Joe recently moved to the area to start a family. He is a father of two young children and originally from West London. His academic endeavours led him to earn a BSc in Sports Coaching Science, deepening his understanding of human performance and effective training methods. His career took a significant step forward when he became a certified CrossFit coach and later the Head Coach at one of London's premier affiliated CrossFit gyms. Here, he demonstrated a steadfast commitment to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.


Joe believes in making training sessions both fun and challenging, tailored to meet the unique needs and ambitions of each participant. Whether you're aiming to boost your overall fitness level, advance your Olympic lifting techniques, or perfect your gymnastics skills, Joe’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that you receive top-notch coaching aimed at pushing you towards your personal best.


Outside the gym, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children in Buckinghamshire, where he embraces a serene lifestyle. His passion for community extends beyond coaching sessions; he thrives on the camaraderie of team competitions, where he bonds with others who share his values of teamwork and determination.


Joe's coaching philosophy is simple yet profound: personalised training programs tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations. Whether you're a seasoned athlete aiming to push your limits, or a newcomer embarking on your fitness journey, Joe's keen eye for detail and unwavering support will guide you every step of the way.
